The "1416 Scholarships," administered by the Ministry of National Education since 1929 under Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries, is a program that offers the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies at leading universities around the world in exchange for compulsory service, aiming to meet the need for highly qualified human resources in various fields of expertise during our country's development and industrialization process.
